      I know know of a job board theme with video resumes off the top of my head, but I’m sure that the job board themes listed here all include WordPress’ built-in video support. Just paste in the video link from a supported source (see the embed list here) when typing up your job board post and a video should be displayed on the front end when the post is published. Alternatively, you could try one of these YouTube plugins if you want more control over the look of the player. But this might be a project that you need to hire a developer for…
