The WordPress Issues Manager is a WordPress plugin created by Remi Corson, and for sale on CodeCanyon. This awesome plugin is the perfect solution for processing issues, tickets, and customer requests.
The plugin was built using custom post types, taxonomies , and current WordPress APIs. With the WordPress Issues Manager you can set unlimited projects with and unlimited number of issues. This makes it much easier for you to see what issues or requests are assigned to each project, and what you have outstanding for each project. Plus you can choose to keep this information solely on the backend for you, or you can make it available to your visitors. It’s entirely up to you.
Keeping issues organized is no problem at all thanks to the layers of details you can add such as status, labels, milestones, and priorities. There are unlimited filters, so feel free to add as many as you need to stay organized. You can even set specific colors for status and label tags to make it even more clear.
It’s also super easy for users to submit issues as well. First, you can insert an issues form anywhere you’d like using the issues form shortcode included with the plugin. Then all a user has to do is login and fill out the form. When a new issue is submitted the user will get a confirmation email and the website admin will get a notification email. Then as answers are added to the issue the user will receive email updates regarding their submission.
This is a great plugin that makes ticket, issue, and request management much easier. Take a look at the video below to learn more!
