		<description>Thanks for the info. I currently use a plugin, not quite doing what your describing for the login page, but it has a default one that is different from the one that comes with wordpress. Its called fluency admin, different admin panel too. 

Anyway if you liek themes like me then check out some of the best of this years last themes.
